About
Me
I have been working in the real estate
profession as a Realtor since the early 1970's and
earned my broker's license in 1984.
In 1994 I
went into lending working for Mortgage.com. That
career ended in 2001 when the Dot Com bubble
burst.
I started looking for a new career
and was pleased to have several real estate brokers in
Humboldt County offer me a position. I accepted one
and worked for that broker until he
retired.
In 2008 I began working solo;
Perra Properties was born.
